Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • We ship 5 days a week from Monday through Friday.
  • Our offices are open 5 days a week for inquires: Monday through Thursday from 8:15AM to 5:00PM and Friday from 8:15AM to 3:45PM. All orders received will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
  • We ship with UPS (Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day air, Next day air). If you prefer another method of delivery please call Hygolet Direct support.
  • We ship to all destinations within the USA, Canada, and Mexico. For all other destinations, please contact Hygolet Direct support.
  • Shipping to P.O Boxes please contact Hygolet Direct support.
  • Florida and California customers pay sales tax according to the County to which the product is delivered.

Return Policies:

  • Unopened and undamaged merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt will be credited back to your card. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned goods. The product must be returned in good condition in order to receive your money back. For damaged products, please contact Hygolet Direct support.
  • Returned merchandise needs to be shipped in the original packaging including a copy of the invoice.

Order Cancellation:

If the merchandise already has been picked up by UPS or any other carrier, the shipping and handling charge will not be returned and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the merchandise.
